Our Guarantee

The following conditions apply unless otherwise specified at the time of sale.
  1. Seller is not responsible for damage or any loss caused by use or lack of use of this merchandise.
  2. No Refunds! We offer store credit only to be used within 90 days of original purchase.
  3. All claims must be accompanied by sales receipt. No Receipt Or No Invoice Means No Exchange, No Guarantee, No Refund, No Anything!
  4. Parts that are returned for whatever reason are subject to a 10% handling charge.
  5. We do not guarantee carburetors, water pumps, fuel pumps or oil pumps.
  6. Cylinder heads are guaranteed against cracks ONLY.
  7. All Engines, Transmissions, and Rear Ends carry a 30 day warranty: We recommend new oil seals and gaskets whenever appropriate. We do not guarantee against oil leaks. Our used engines are guaranteed against engine knock, excessive smoke and oil consumption. All guarantees are void if engine is ran hot. There is a $15.00 environmental charge for engine cores that are not drained of all fluids.
  8. No Warranty On Labor! We are not responsible for any labor costs for the installation or removal of parts sold.
  9. There is no warranty on items containing glass.
  10. All guarantees shall be void if the part or parts are not returned to us in the same condition in which they were sold and do not bear the identifying mark which appears on all parts we sell. We shall not be responsible for any parts which have been altered, modified, disassembled or damaged by misuse or accident subsequent to purchase.
